过硫酸钾消解-钼锑抗光度法测定脱水污泥中的总磷

【摘要】 依据过硫酸钾消解-钼锑抗光度法原理,测定泥样总磷(TP)含量。实验结果表明:过硫酸钾投加量和去离子水投加比例均对泥样总磷测定不产生显著影响;二者最佳组合水平为4 mL K2S2O8溶液和8 mL去离子水;吸取10~20 mL上清液稀释后,测定吸光度在标准曲线中部附近;对12个泥样进行总磷测定,标准偏差为0.11%,精密度较好;泥样总磷含量总体均值μ置信区间范围(0.011 71,0.013 09)较小,准确度较好。

【Abstract】 According to the principle of the method of molybdenum-antimony resolved by potassium-persulfade and anti-spectrophotometry,the TP content in sludge was determined.The results show that the added doses of potassium-persulfade and the rate of de-ionized water used do not have significant effect on the TP determination in sludge;their optimal composite levels are 4 mL K2S2O7 liquor and 8 mL de-ionized water;after diluting the 10-20 mL supernate absorbed,the absorption photometry locates in the vicinity of the center part of the standard curve;the standard deviation of TP in 12 samples of the sludge is 0.11% and the precision is quite good,and the range(0.011 71,0.013 09) of confidence interval for the population mean μ of total phosphorus in sludge samples is quite small and the accuracy is also good.
