【摘要】 文章阐述了汽车内饰材料熔融滴落性能测试仪的研制与设计,介绍了汽车内饰材料熔融滴落性能测试仪的结构设计和技术特征。并应用该仪器对汽车内饰材料(化纤、塑料)依据欧盟标准95/28/EC ANNEXⅤ进行了熔融测定。试验结果表明该仪器控温准确,测试结果重现性好,为提高化纤、塑料材料抗熔融滴落测试提供了可靠的检测手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure design and technique features of melting Drop tester for materials used in the interior construction of motor vehicle were introduced.And the melting properties of automotive interior materials were tested.The results show that the temperature control is accurate.The test results are shown good reproducibility.The apparatus is a reliable means to improve the melting properties of chemical fibre and plastic materials.更多还原
