【摘要】 纵观东盟的历史,马来西亚作为东盟的创始国,与东盟之间既有合作,又有分歧。合作因为:有理由维护东盟组织的存在;从安全方面考虑,必须支持东盟;对经济发展的作用促使其支持东盟;以东盟为支点,可以为自己的发展开拓更为广阔的空间。分歧因为:到目前为止,东盟的经济合作对其经济发展促进不大;东盟的扩大在一定程度上影响其对东盟的政策;作为成员国,一定程度上限制了其外交空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an ASEAN’s founding country,there is not only cooperation but also divergence between Malaysia and ASEAN.For cooperation,the causes are: existence of guarding the ASEAN organization;from safety,it is necessary to support ASEAN;the effect of economic growth urges Malaysia to support ASEAN;take ASEAN as a fulcrum,vaster space can be made for its development.For divergence,the causes are: by now,ASEAN’s economic cooperation develops little to its economic growth;to a certain extent,their policies to ASEAN are affected by the expansion of ASEAN;as a member,their diplomacy space is restricted.更多还原
