【Abstract】 This research analyses the factors that impact on technological innovation-oriented enterprises, including resources,capabilities and environment.Selecting the critical indexes,it presents an evaluation model of technological innovation-oriented enterprises,applies analytic hierarchy process to determine evaluation index weight of technological innovation-oriented enterprises of Liaoning province,and systematically inspects the prominent concept of technological innovation-oriented enterprises of Liaoning province.更多还原
