碳纤维镀铜对C_f/C/Cu复合材料组织及性能的影响
Influence of Carbon Fiber Copper-coated on the Microstructure and Properties of C_f/C/Cu Composite
【摘要】 利用粉末冶金法制备Cf/C/Cu复合材料,通过改变碳纤维表面镀铜工艺条件,研究碳纤维表面镀铜对Cf/C/Cu复合材料组织及性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维表面经浓硝酸处理再镀铜1 h,试样的动摩擦因数先增大后减小,至0.106后趋于不变,电阻率最低达0.12Ω.m。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber-carbon-copper composite was prepared by powder metallurgy technique.Through changing preparation conditions of carbon fiber copper-coated,the influence of microstructure and properties of Cf/C/Cu composite were studied.The results showed that after dense nitric acid treatment and 1 h copper-coated of carbon fiber,the friction coefficient of the samples increases firstly,then declines to 0.106,and tends to be invariable finally;the lowest resistivity is 0.12 Ω·m.
