【摘要】 目的探讨惊恐障碍患者的述情障碍与防御方式的相关关系。方法采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)和防御方式问卷(Defense Style Questionnaire,DSQ)对47名惊恐障碍患者评估。结果 (1)惊恐患者TAS总分与潜意显现、抱怨、分裂、不成熟防御机制总分及掩饰因子呈正相关关系(P<0.05);(2)惊恐患者TAS因子Ⅰ与不成熟防御机制总分、掩饰因子呈正相关关系(P<0.05);(3)惊恐患者TAS因子Ⅱ分与潜意显现、分裂、不成熟防御机制总分及中间防御机制制止得分呈正相关,与成熟防御机制幽默得分呈负相关(P<0.05);(4)TAS因子Ⅲ与中间防御机制解除得分呈正相关关系,与不成熟防御机制总分呈负相关(P<0.05);(5)TAS因子Ⅳ与防御机制各相得分无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论惊恐障碍患者的述情障碍与使用不成熟防御机制、中间防御机制、掩饰因子呈正相关,而与成熟防御机制呈负相关,提示在对惊恐障碍患者进行心理治疗时,要注意改善其不成熟防御机制,强化其成熟防御机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between alexithymia and defense mechanisms of patients with panic disorders.Methods Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS) and Defensive Style Questionnaire(DSQ) were administered to 47 Chinese patients with panic-disorders.Results(1) The total score of TAS was positively correlated with the scores of subscales of acting out,complaining,splitting and total score of all immature defenses,respectively;(2) Significantly positive correlations were observed between the score of subscale I of TAS and the total score of all immature defenses and the score of subscale disguise.(3) The score of subscale II of TAS was correlated positively with the score of subscales acting out,splitting,the total score of all immature defenses and the total score of subscale inhibition of intermediate defense mechanism,but negatively with the score of subscale humor of mature defense mechanism.(4) The score of subscale III of TAS was correlated positively with the score of subscale displacement of intermediate defense mechanism,but negatively with the score of all immature defenses.(5) There is no significant correlation between the score of subscale IV of TAS and scores of all subscale and total score of DSQ.Conclusion The alexithymia in Chinese panic patients is associated with the use of maladaptive defense mechanisms.更多还原
