【摘要】 目的探讨暴力犯罪人员的冲动、攻击性人格特点,及其与童年期受虐待关系,为减少或预防暴力犯罪提供科学依据。方法采用冲动性和攻击性量表、童年期创伤史问卷(Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,CTQ)及自行编制的在押服刑罪犯一般情况登记表,对符合纳入、排除标准的400名犯人的资料进行收集、整理,然后对资料进行统计分析。结果暴力犯组的运动冲动性、冲动总水平、躯体攻击性、言语攻击性、愤怒水平、敌意水平、自我攻击水平及攻击性总分等因子得分高于非暴力犯组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。暴力犯中无计划冲动性、认知冲动性、冲动总水平和童年期创伤各因子均呈正相关;敌意水平、自我攻击水平、攻击总水平与童年期创伤的五个因子均呈正相关,而躯体攻击性、言语攻击性、愤怒水平与情感虐待、躯体虐待和性虐待呈正相关。结论暴力犯有明显的冲动及攻击性,更容易失去理智,产生暴力攻击行为;童年遭受虐待可增加个体的冲动、攻击性,从而增加暴力犯罪的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impulsive and aggressive personality characteristics of adult male violent criminals and the relationship with childhood abuse,and to provide a scientific basis for reducing and preventing violent crime. Methods A total fo 400 criminals were assessed with impulsive and aggressive scale,the childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ) and self-designed questionnaire. Results The scores of motive impulsiveness,the overall level of impulsive,aggressive body,speech offensive,the level of anger,hostility level,the level of self-attack and total score of aggresion in violent group were significantly higher than that of non-violent group (P<0.01).In veolent group,there were significantly positive relation amony unplanned impulsive,cognitive impulsivity,impulsive,and the overall level of childhood trauma such relation also was found among,hostility level,the level of self-attack ,the overall level of attacks and the five factors of childhood trauma while body aggression;speech aggression,anger level had significantly positiely relation with emotron abuse,physial abuse and sexual abovse. Conclusion Violent crimioals are impulsive and aggressive which would result in violent attacks. Childhood abuse can increase the individual’s impulsiveness,thus increasing the possibility of violent crime.更多还原
