【Abstract】 As to the difficulties and problems in environmental impact assessment of uncontrollable discharge from chemical projects,combined with the previous practice and relevant technical guidance and provisions,put forward systematically the procedure and principles of evaluation,and proposed the solutions to technical difficulties.Furthermore,based on the case studies,the technical requirements and programs for pollution control was analyzed.It had important guiding significance for EIA of chemical industry projects,pollution control and environmental protection.更多还原
