关于《复混肥料中缩二脲含量的测定》质量标准中液相色谱方法简介
Brief Introduction to the HPLC Method in the Quality Standard of 《Determination of Biuret in Fertilizer》
【摘要】 利用超声波清洗器提取复混肥料中的缩二脲,用高效液相色谱仪外标法测定复混肥料中缩二脲的含量。结果表明该方法的回收率为98.8%～104.8%,相对标准偏差为0.5%～0.8%,操作简单,精密度高。
【Abstract】 The biuret in fertilizer was extracted by ultrasonic and analyzed with external standard method of HPLC. The results were: the recoveries were 98.8%~104.8% and RSD were 0.5%~0.8%, respectively. This method was simple with high precision.
