一种水溶性聚合物改性单体的合成与应用

【摘要】 分别用丙烯酸酯化法和丙烯酰氯法以N-羟乙基全氟辛基磺酰胺(FC)为原料合成了N-羟乙基全氟辛基磺酰胺丙烯酸酯(RFA),认为丙烯酸酯化法反应效果较好,产品收率和纯度较高,并用气相色谱对原料和产品组成进行了分析。初步考察了RFA与丙烯酸共聚物水溶液的黏度,结果表明,这种含有RFA的丙烯酰胺聚合物,和单一丙烯酰胺聚合物相比,具有良好抗温、耐盐性能。

【Abstract】 N-hydroxyethyl perfluoro octane sulfonamide acrylate (RFA) was synthesized by esterification and acrylchlorination of acrylic acid, respectively, using N-hydroxyethyl perfluoro octane sulfonamide (FC) as the reactant feed. The former method has the better performance, i.e. higher yield and purer product.The compositions of the reactants and products were analyzed by gas chromatography. The viscosity of the aqueous solutions of copolymer of RFA and acrylic acid was investigated. The results indicate that compared to the poly-acrylic amide without RFA, the one containing RFA has better temperature and salinity tolerance.
