【Abstract】 A modified adaptive spatio-temporal accumulation filter method is proposed for low-illumination video.For the filtered video,an improved tone mapping function is employed to adjust luminance.In contrast with the adaptive spatio-temporal accumulation filter method and tone mapping which was provided by Eric P.Bennett,there is a obvious improvement for lower pixel value.更多还原
