丁酮在乳化液膜体系中油-水两相间液液传质研究
Study on liquid-liquid mass transfer of butanone in an emulsion liquid membrane
【摘要】 研究了丁酮乳化液膜体系中油水两相间液液传质系数、表面活性剂浓度、温度、搅拌速度等相关因素对体系液液传质的影响。实验发现表面活性剂在两相界面上形成单分子的界面层,该界面层在油水界面的传质阻力中占63%;温度及搅拌转速对体系的液液传质系数亦有影响,温度越高、搅拌速度越大,体系的传质系数越大。
【Abstract】 The liquid-liquid mass transfer of butanone across an emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) was studied.The effects of surfactant concentration,temperature and stirring speed were also studied.The results showed that the mass transfer resistance of a surfactant monomolecular layer adsorbed on the oil/water interface accounted for about 63% of the total mass transfer resistance.The liquid-liquid mass transfer coefficient increased with an increase of temperature and stirring speed.
