【摘要】 目的:应用引进新仪器验证探索性眼球运动(EEM)检测在首发精神分裂症诊断中的价值。方法:对78例精神分裂症患者和75名正常对照者,进行EEM检查。测定凝视点数(NEF)和反应性探索分(RSS)。结果:首发精神分裂症患者和正常对照组的NEF和RSS有差异极显著性(P<0.01)。NEF和RSS的敏感度和特异度均好。结论:EEM可作为首发精神分裂症的辅助诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve:To verify value of exploratory eye movements in the diagnosis of first episode schizophrenia using the new instrument.Methods:Eye movements in 78 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 75 normal controls were examined respectively.The number of eye fixation(NEF) and the responsive search score(RSS) were measured and the sensitivity,the specificity and the positive predictive value were calculated.Results:NEF and RSS in patients with first episode schizophrenia were significantly lower than those in the normal controls.Both the sensitivity and the specificity of NEF ad RSS were good.Conclusion:Exploratory eye movement can be used as a supplement means in the diagnosis of first episode schizophrenia更多还原
