【摘要】 目的:观察精神分裂症患者在疾病早期事件相关电位各成分潜伏期及波幅的变化。方法:对43例精神分裂症患者及42例正常对照组进行事件相关电位N100、P200、N200、P300波的检测。结果:患者组检测结果异常35例,异常率81%。与对照组相比,N100、P200、N200、P300潜伏期均延长,差异有显著性意义,P<0.05。P300波波幅降低,差异有极显著性意义,P<0.01。对病例组中其发病时间进行两两对比分析,差异无显著性意义,P>0.05。结论:精神分裂症患者在疾病的早期就存在认知功能障碍,说明ERPs作为一个客观的电生理指标,对认知功能损害的评定具有极其重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe changs of latency period and amplitude on event-related potentials(ERPs) in patients with schizophrenia.Method:43 patients with schizophrenia and 42 cases of normol control were examined in event-related potentials,(including N100,P200,N200,P300).Results:35 latients with schizophrenia shown abnormal.The abnormal rate was 80%.In comparison with the control group,their latenty Period in N100,P200,N200,P300,were prolonged,P<0.05.The amplitude of P300,was decreased.The significant variation was obvious P<0.01.In comparison of the attack time between the cases,there was no significant variation,P>0.05.Conclusion:There was congnitive dysfunctions in early stage of the patients with schizophrenia.ERPs was one objective electro neurophysiological index and was very valuable in evaluation of congnitive dysfunction.更多还原
