【摘要】 目的:分析高压氧(HBO)治疗一氧化碳(CO)中毒患者的脑电图变化,探讨EEG对判断病情和预后的作用。方法:对85例一氧化碳中毒患者进行高压氧治疗前后脑电图进行对比分析。结果:高压氧治疗CO中毒患者脑电图改善明显,恢复正常占67.1%,总有效率95.3%,临床症状改善与EEG一致。结论:高压氧对一氧化碳中毒患者治疗有显著疗效;EEG对CO中毒患者临床诊断和预后的评估有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the changes of EEG in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated by HBO,so that explore actions of EEG in jadgement of Patient’s condition and prognosis.Methods:The EEG was anlyzed and compared in 85 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning before and after treatment with HBO.Results:The EEG of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated by HBO was well improved.67.1% patients were normal in clinical recovery,and the total effective rate was 95.3%.The improvement of clinical symptom was consistent with EEG.Conclusions:HBO has a significant effect in the treatment on patients with carbon monxide poisoning.EEG has important value for clinical diagnosis and assessment of prognosis.更多还原
