【摘要】 目的:观察益气养阴活血法治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组用健脾益气、养阴活血中药,1日1剂,日3次口服。以上两组患者均3个月为1个疗程。治疗后观察治疗前后症状、体征的改善情况;治疗前后1月内进行胃镜检查,观察胃黏膜情况,比较治疗前后的变化;胃黏膜病理活检,观察黏膜活动性炎症、腺体萎缩情况。结果:治疗组临床治愈12例占40%,显效、有效分别为10例、7例,总有效率96.67%,与对照组治愈率24%(6例)、总有效率76%相比有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组治疗前后病理疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎采用阴火论立论,根据其病机,采用益气养阴活血方法治疗,能延缓慢性萎缩性胃炎的病情发展,其治疗效果明显优于西医的常规疗法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observation of YiQiYangYinHuoXue method atrophic gastritis therapy.Methods:Control group treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group spleen Qi,Yin trsditional Chinese medicine for a day 1,3 times a day orally,these two groups of patients were 3 months to a course of treatment.After treatment,symptoms before and after treatment,signs of improvement,within 1 month before and after treatment gastroscopy,gastric mucosa,compares the changes before and after treatment.Gastric biopsy,observe mucolsal active inflammation,gland atrophy situation.Results:Number of cases of clinical cure in 12 cases,accounting for 40%,effective,efficient were 10 cases,7 casses,the total efficiency of 96.67%,and the control group was 24%(6 cases),with 76% total efficiency significantly different than(P<0.01),treatment group and control group before and after the pathological effect of treatment compared to therapy than the control group.Conclusions:Chronic atrophic gastritis with Yin Fire on the argument,according to its pathogenesis,methods of using YiQiYangYinHuoXue chronic atrophic gastritis get more satisfied with the efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis can delay the progression of the disease,its treatment is significantly better than Western medicine conventional therapy,is worthy of promotion.更多还原
