【摘要】 目的:通过实验研究观察加味逍遥散制剂对慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症模型动物自主活动及体内递质含量的影响,探讨其治疗抑郁症的可能机理。方法:应用开场法观察该药对动物自主活动及应用荧光法测定,观察加味逍遥散制剂对慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症模型脑内递质含量的影响。结果:加味逍遥散制剂三种剂量均可一定程度增高慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症大鼠模型动物脑内NA、DA和5-HT含量,并对自主活动无明显的影响。结论:加味逍遥散制剂可对动物脑内NA、DA和5-HT含量产生一定影响,其抗抑郁作用可能与此有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:In order to investigate the mechanism of the antidepressant drug.Methods:By detecting the contention of neurotransmitters in rats depression model to investigate the effects of YYK.Results:The results showed that the three dose groups of YYK have no striking affection on the spontaneous behavior of mice,and the concentration of NA,DA and 5HT in the rats’brain of chronic unpredicatable mild stress model were greatly changed in all dose groups.Conclusion:All those results suggested that the mechanism of depressant was associated with the variation of the concentration of NA,DA and 5-HT in brain.更多还原
