【摘要】 目的探讨真菌性上颌窦炎的CT表现及临床特征。方法回顾性分析我科2006年1月～2009年6月经手术病理证实的91例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的CT及临床表现。结果①常见临床表现为回吸涕血,且多为暗红色;②CT显示上颔窦腔内结节状团块影及不规则钙化影;③好发于单侧,窦壁骨质增生硬化与局限性骨质破坏同时存在。结论真菌性上颌窦炎有明显的临床表现。CT具特征性的表现,因此CT扫描是该病首选的影像学检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate CT manifestations and clinical features of fungal maxillary sinusitis.MethodsCT and clinical manifestations of 91cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis who were confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from Jan.2006 to Jun.2009 were retrospectively analysed.Results①The most common clinical manifestation is bloodshot snivel back to the suction and color is mostly dark red;② CT shows nodular mass and irregular-shaped calcification image in the maxillary sinus;③The common site of fungal maxillary sinusitis is unilateral.Bone hyperplasia and hardening of the wall of maxillary sinus and local bone destruction exist together.Conclusion Fungal maxillary sinusitis has significant clinical manifestations.Being characteristic manifestation,CT scaning is the preferred radiographic examination of fungal maxillary sinusitis.更多还原
