【摘要】 目的探讨对小儿幕上脑挫裂伤引起的脑肿胀要高度警惕,及时手术治疗。方法回顾性分析我科近2年收治的11例小儿幕上脑挫裂伤诊治情况。结果有8例在治疗中出现脑肿胀,3例出现脑疝形成,经过及时手术,去骨瓣外减压,合理脱水等治疗,除2例死亡,全部痊愈出院。结论对于小儿幕上脑挫裂伤患儿要高度重视,加强观察,颅内压监测,动态复查脑CT,出现脑肿胀的要果断采取开颅去骨瓣减压手术治疗,防止脑疝形成,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Of supratentorial cerebral contusion in children due to brain swelling to a high degree of vigilance and timely treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of the past two years,our department treated 11 children with diagnosis and treatment of supratentorial cerebral contusion.Results 8 cases occurred in the treatment of brain swelling,3 cases of hernia formation after surgery in time to bone decompression,dehydration and reasonable treatment,2 patients died,all were discharged.Conclusion For children with supratentorial brain injury patients have to attach great importance to strengthen surveillance,intracranial pressure monitoring,dynamic review brain CT,brain swelling appears to act decisively craniotomy craniectomy to prevent hernia formation,to reduce complications the occurrence of disease.更多还原
