成都市二甲综合医院急诊科非正式编制护理人员工作满意度与人口学变量的相关性研究
Study of informal nurse of emergency ward of general hospital in Chengdu on relationship between job satisfaction and the demographic factors.
【摘要】 目的了解急诊科非正式编制护理人员工作满意度水平现状,探讨人口学特征与工作满意度相关性。方法采用随机、整群抽样法在成都市二甲医院急诊科中抽取非正式编制护理人员168名,并采用工作满意度量表进行调查。结果工作满意度总分(48.56±15.35);工龄进入了影响工作满意度水平的多元线性回归方程,决定系数是0.025。结论二甲医院急诊科非正式编制护士的工作满意度水平一般,工龄对工作满意度水平有影响,但影响能力并不强。
【Abstract】 Objective To measure job satisfaction of informal murses of general hospital and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for nursing managers.Methods Job satisfaction Inventory for Registered Nurses was conducted on 168 nurses.Results The total score of job satisfaction of nurses was(48.56±15.35).The demographic influencing factors was seniority(R2=0.025).Conclusion Job satisfaction of informal nurses of general hospital was satisfactory,but results showed what the demographic variable had little effect on job satisfaction.
