【摘要】 目的探讨经彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的临床应用。方法回顾分析45例乳腺癌患者的经彩色多普勒超声资料,并加以总结。结果典型乳腺癌声像特征为外形不规则,周围高回声环,砂粒样钙化,后方回声衰减等。结论彩色多普勒超声能够准确地反映乳腺癌肿块的特征表现,是鉴别乳腺肿块性质的首选检查方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical applications of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer.Color doppler ultrasound findings of breast cancer in 45 patients were analyzed summarized.The characteristic of typical breast cancer with configuration anomalism,peripheral hyperechoic,grit calcification and posterior echo attenuation.Color doppler ultrasound can accurately reflect the performance characteristics of breast lumps is the identification of the nature of breast lumps the preferred screening method.更多还原
