【摘要】 目的分析重组人红细胞生成素对透析高血压的影响。方法按透析中是否使用重组人红细胞生成素分为A组(透析+重组人红细胞生成素)67例,B组(单纯透析)31例,A组使用重组人红细胞生成素3000～6000U,2次/周,所有患者均采用费生尤斯4008B透析机透析,2次/周,4h/次,透析前血压均控制在(90～140)/(60～90)mmHg。分别观察透析开始及透析后每30min血压,分别记录收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP),及发生透析高血压的例数。结果在透析过程中A组发生透析高血压24例(35.82%),B组发生透析高血压6例(19.35%),两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血透过程中A组在透析60～240minSBP平均均处于增高状态,在90、120、150、210、240min时,A组SBP升高值与B组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透析过程中重组人红细胞生成素能使患者血压高,且以收缩压升高为主,对应用重组人红细胞生成素的患者,应密切观察血压的变化,必要时应减少剂量或停用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin on dialysis blood pressure.Methods By dialysis of whether to use recombinant human erythropoietin is divided into A group (dialysis recombinant human erythropoietin),67 cases,B group (simple dialysis) in 31 cases,A group use recombinant human erythropoietin 3000～6000U,2 times per week,all patients were using fee of Health ewes 4008B dialysis machine dialysis,2 times per week,each time 4 hours,pre-dialysis blood pressure were controlled (90～140)/(60～90)mmHg.Starting dialysis and dialysis were observed every 30 minutes after the blood pressure,were recorded systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),and the outbreak of the number of dialysis patients with hypertension.Results During the dialysis,A group occurred 24 cases of dialysis hypertension,accounting for 35.82%,B group occurred 6 cases (19.35%),two groups were significantly different (P<0.01).During hem dialysis,A group 60～240min SBP are at increased an average state,and at 90、120、150、210、240min time,A group B group SBP increased value and have a significant difference compared with (P<0.05).Conclusion The process of Dialysis using recombinant human erythropoietin may lead to increase the blood pressure,and mainly a higher systolic blood pressure,the application of recombinant human erythropoietin in patients should be closely observed changes in blood pressure,if necessary,dosage should be reduced or disabled.更多还原
