【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和疗效。方法对200例高危BPH患者行个性化TURP治疗,160例获术后随访,时间3～36个月。结果全部患者术后自行排尿通畅,围手术期无患者死亡,术中出血少,无经尿道电切综合征发生。最大尿流率由术前(6.2±3.0)ml/s上升至术后(14.0±5.2)ml/s。结论 TURP个性化治疗高危BPH是一种安全、有效、并发症少的方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the safety and therapeutic effects of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods Two-hundred high-risk patients with BPH were treated with individualized TURP and followed up postoperatively for 3～36 months.Results All 200 patients could void themselves postoperatively.There was no death or no occurrence of transurethral resection syndrome perioperatively,and there was few bleeding during the operation.The maximal flow rate increased to 14.0±5.2ml/s postoperatively from 6.2±3.0ml/s preoperatively.Conclusion Individualized TURP therapy is a safe,effective and less-complication method for high-risk patients with BPH.更多还原
