视网膜脱离节段性外加压术加压块的磁共振测量分析
The analysis of measurement of surgery segmental buckling implant by MRI in retinal detachment surgery
【摘要】 目的比较视网膜脱离术中加压块的测量数据与术后MRI的测量数据,探讨MRI作为巩膜加压块生物学测量方法的价值。方法视网膜脱离节段性外加术中准确测量加压块的长度、宽度及厚度,并与术后MRI的测量数据进行比较。结果术中测量加压块的长度为(16.692±2.4498)mm,宽度为(6.1346±0.7288mm),高度为(4.3846±1.03255)mm;MRI测量加压块的长度为(16.346±2.1953)mm,宽度为(6.3462±0.94878)mm,高度为(4.3731±0.67324)mm。两种方法测量结果进行比较,加压块的长度、宽度及高度基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用MRI生物学测量技术测量加压块能同时二维成像,直观、清晰、准确性较好,为术后测量加压块的有效方法 。
【Abstract】 Objective To value the postoperative MRI measurement as a method of biological measurement of segmental buckling implant.Comparing the acurate measurement data(including the length,width and thickness)of segmental implant in surgery with the those by postoperative MRI.The intraoperative measurement of implant showed length(16.692±2.4498)mm,width(6.1346±0.7288)mm,height(4.3846±1.03255)mm.And postoperative MRI measurement showed length(16.346±2.1953)mm,width(6.3462±0.94878)mm,height(4.3731±0.6734)mm.Both measurement methods(P>0.05)had no significant difference in statistic ananlysis.MRI measurement of implant as a biological measurement technique providing two-dimensional imaging is intuitive,clear,accurate,effective way for measuring implant.
