【摘要】 目的产程中用肛查(肛查不清时再用阴道检查)与直接用阴道检查的方法进行探讨、观察、比较。方法将临产产妇随机分为肛查和阴道查两组,每组各300例,比较两组的母婴感染情况。结果两组在宫内感染等产褥感染、会阴切口感染及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息方面差异均无统计学意义。结论观察产程进展在待产室中清洁外阴的条件直接用阴道检查能避免肛查的弊端且不增加母婴感染率,是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Anal stage of labor with search(search anal clear vaginal examination when there-use)and the direct use of vaginal examination to explore the methods,observation and comparison.Methods Perinatal maternal single-blind randomly divided into anal and vaginal Cha Cha two groups,each of the 300 cases,compared two groups of mother-to child infection.Results The two groups,such as intrauterine infection in puerperal infection,perineal wound infection and fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia had no significant difference.Conclusion The observation of the progress of labor in the labor room left clean and the conditions of the vulva vaginal examinations directly to avoid the disadvantages of anal and do not check mother-to-child infection rate of increase is feasible.更多还原
