【摘要】 目的对外科手术人员刷手后消毒和洗手后消毒效果进行比较。方法将参加手术的医生、护士随机分成两组,各100例。两组均采用洁芙柔消毒液进行皮肤消毒。选择消毒液配合规范的"六步洗手法"进行术前外科洗手消毒为免刷手组。采用无菌刷蘸取消毒液先刷洗后再用消毒液消毒手臂法为刷手组。比较两组消毒效果和对手部皮肤的影响。结果两组人员消毒后手的消毒效果均达到国家卫生部《消毒技术规范》标准,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但免刷手组较刷手组对皮肤损伤小,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁芙柔外科洗手消毒法流程简便,经济实惠,对皮肤刺激小,消毒效果好,宜推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of two surgical hand sterilizing methods.Methods The doctors and nurses who participated in the operation were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The group chose Jiefurou sterilization liquid to perfoym preoperative washing hand and sterilization combining with standard"six-step methods for washing hand",named as non-scrubbing group.The group selected the sterile brush to scrub first and then use Jiefurou sterilization liquid to sterilize arm,named as scrubbing group.Two surgical hand antisepsis methods were compared their antimicrobial efficacies and effect on skin conditions.Results After disinfection,both of the two groups of hand disinfection method reached to the level of"the regulation for disinfection technique"issued by National Health Ministry.The difference was not significant in the two groups(P>0.05).The non-scrubbing group was gentler to skin than the scrubbing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jiefurou surgical washing sterilization is suitable to popularize in hospital for its simple procedure,advantage of economy,less stimulation to skin and good disinfection effect.更多还原
