重轨钢转炉炼钢工艺的研究
RESEARCH ON CONVERTER STEEL-MAKING PROCESS OF HEAVY RAIL STEEL
【摘要】 攀钢生产重轨钢采用增碳法炼钢工艺,增碳法工艺简化了转炉操作,终点控制精确。通过优化吹炼和终点参数控制,以提高重轨钢的质量和缩短转炉冶炼周期。
【Abstract】 The carburization steel-making process has be adopted to product the heavy rail steel in Extraction Steelmaking Plant,converter operation was simplified in carburization process,end point was controled accurateiy,The converter blowing and end point parameters were optimized,the quality of heavy rail steel can be increased and converter smelting cycle was curtailed.
