【摘要】 介绍了攀钢冶炼钒钛磁铁矿大型高炉近10年,针对炉前用耐火材料等相关技术设施与高炉冶炼强度的提高存在匹配上的缺陷,制约了高炉技术指标的优化。对此,进行了实验室研究探索与工业试验相结合,对有水炮泥进行性能改进的同时,并成功地开发出了适用单铁口和双铁口使用的环保型无水炮泥,高性能有水炮泥,垫沟料,主沟浇注料等新型炉前用料。同时引进国内较先进的炉前设备和设施,改进铁口和主沟、砂窝子等相关设施的维护处理技术,满足了近几年来高炉强化冶炼条件下对炉前工作的适应性要求,促进了高炉技术经济指标进一步优化提高。更多还原
