【摘要】 当今世界日益呈现出合流文化的态势,语言融合无时无刻不伴随着文化融合。中国本土语言文化也呈现出多元化的现象,这势必会使英语姓名汉译产生一些有待解决的新问题。依据目的论思想,译者将"零翻译"作为英语姓名汉译的目的之一,体现了译者对合流文化趋势之下英汉文化融合趋向的敏锐洞察,以及译者对读者的接受能力和解读潜能的充分尊重和配合。换言之,"零翻译"决不仅仅是停留在技巧层面的方法概念,更是一种体现译者特定翻译目的的翻译意识,一种突破常规的逆向翻译观念。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world today tends to be a culturally universal community.Chinese culture,a multi-cultural one,will make English name translating multi-faceted.Translators,in light of skopos theory,adopts the strategy of zero translation to translate English names,which represents translators’ acute awareness of this trend and adequate respect of the acceptability of target readers.In other words,the strategy of zero translation is not only a method in the sense of translating technique,but an anti-conventional translating skopos and translating notion.更多还原
