中国式摔跤优秀女子运动员能量代谢特征研究

【摘要】 为研究中国式摔跤女子运动员的能量代谢特征,对20名中国式摔跤女子运动员Wingate无氧功率、尿肌酐排放总量、专项训练后血乳酸进行了测定,运用SPSS13.0数据统计分析软件进行分析。结果显示:女子中国式摔跤运动中专项供能特征为磷酸原—糖酵解系统混合供能;中国式摔跤运动能提高人体糖酵解系统供能能力;对运动员的力量素质有着较高的要求,力量素质越好,则其竞技能力越强;中国式摔跤女子运动员的有氧能力较低,不利于代谢产物的清除,不利于运动后的恢复;运动员训练水平越高,则无氧代谢能力及磷酸原系统供能能力越强。

【Abstract】 In order to study the energy metabolism characteristics of female Chinese-style wrestlers,20 wrestlers participate in this research,Wingate aerobic tests and Urine creatine values were tested at test.Blood lactic acid concentration were examined instantly and after performed three sets of sand dummy exercise,carries on the analysis using the SPSS11.0 data statistical analysis software.The results show that: In the female Chinese style wrestling movement special energizes the characteristic to energize for the phosphoric acid original-sugar yeast solution system mix;Can enhance the human body sugar yeast solution system to energize ability;Has the high request to athlete’s strength quality,the strength quality is better,then its athletics ability is stronger;The Chinese style wrestling female athlete has the oxygen ability to be low,does not favor the metabolite the elimination,after does not favor the movement the restoration;The athlete trains the level to be higher,then non-oxygen metabolism ability and the phosphoric acid original system energizes ability to be stronger.
