【摘要】 本文通过对四川省青少年篮球优秀后备人才培养的相关调查数据分析指出,四川篮球优秀后备人才严重匮乏,在很大程度上影响四川竞技篮球运动的发展和职业化进程;主要问题是,二线队伍建设不稳定;不同培养体系间的发展与成材比例不协调;不同地区之间青少年业余篮球训练工作发展不平衡;优秀后备人才资源短缺与人才开发利用低效矛盾突出,青少年篮球竞赛活动的开展与优秀后备人才的培养不同步等;并就存在的问题提出了相关对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Sichuan Province of outstanding youth basketball training back-up data analysis related to the investigation pointed out that Sichuan basketball severe lack of good back-up personnel,to a large extent a direct impact on Sichuan’s competitive basketball skill level of the process of development and career; the main problem is that instability in different second-line team building training system development and talent between the proportion of non-conforming; young people between different parts of the training of amateur basketball uneven development; excellent back-up human resources development and utilization of talent shortage and inefficient contradiction,youth basketball competition carried out with the outstanding reserve of talents do not synchronous and so on; and problems related to the countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
