【Abstract】 Since 2003,China’s macroeconomic operation condition has been the coexistence of international payment surplus and inflation,and the operation of monetary policy faces a huge challenge.The independence of currency policy of China is being affected and restricted by lot of facts such as the shortage of operation instruments,people’s anticipation on revaluation of RMB and increasing the rate of interest.Only by accelerating the construction of elastic floating exchange rate,exchange regulatory system and issuance of the exchange reserve bond,can the independence of currency policy be enhanced.更多还原
