【摘要】 以犯罪人为中心的传统预防犯罪模式久不见效。通过对被害人的研究,发现在犯罪——被害的互动中,被害人自身存在的某些因素对于犯罪的发生具有极为重要的影响,消除或减少这些因素能更有效地减少犯罪。以高发性的财产犯罪为例,案件很多时候是由于被害人自身的疏忽与过错造成。因此,树立被害防范意识,养成良好的个性心理和行为习惯,有助于减少犯罪被害的诱发性和易感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional perpetrator-centered mode of crime prevention has not worked for a long time.Through the study of crime victims,it is found that certain factors of victims themselves have extremely important influence on the real happening of the crime in the interaction between criminals and victims.So elimination and reduction of these factors will reduce crimes effectively.Taking property crime as an example,crimes happens often due to the victims’ own fault,negligence.Therefore,the establishment of precaution awareness and the development of good personality and habits are conductive to the reduction of the crimes更多还原
