泥渣回流强化混凝沉淀再生水处理工艺条件优化

【摘要】 以北方某城市再生水厂原水为研究对象,通过泥渣回流强化混凝沉淀工艺进行再生水处理,研究了泥渣回流浓度、泥渣回流量、助凝剂投加量、泥渣回流位置、搅拌强度等参数对该工艺的运行效果影响。结果表明,经泥渣回流强化混凝沉淀后,再生水处理效果良好。在进水流量为200L·h-1时,优化后工艺运行参数分别为:PAC投加量10mg·L-1,PAM投加量0.3mg·L-1,泥渣回流质量浓度10000~16000mg·L-1,泥渣回流量200mg·L-1,混合池搅拌强度G=328S-1,絮凝池搅拌强度G=22S-1,泥渣回流位置在混合池。在最佳工艺运行条件下,出水水质达到了景观环境用水水质(GB/T18921-2002)的要求。

【Abstract】 Enhanced coagulation/sedimentation process by sludge recycling was investigated in wastewater treatment and reuse. The effect of recycled sludge concentration, its dosage, coagulant aid dosage, and recycled sludge position and agitation intensity on removal efficiency was discussed. The results showed that, at influent flow of 200 L·h-1, the optimum process condition was as following: PAC dosage 10 mg·L-1, PAM dosage 0.3 mg·L-1, recycled sludge concentration 10 000~16 000 mg·L-1, recycled sludge dosage 200 mg·L-1, agitation intensity in mixing tank 328 S-1, agitation intensity in flocculation tank 22 S-1, and sludge was recycled at mixing tank. Furthermore, at the optimum process condition, effluent quality met the water quality standard of landscape environment (GB/T 18921-2002).
