基于FX2N的电机无级调速系统设计

【摘要】 PLC、变频器在工业控制领域的应用极为广泛。本文以三菱FX2N系列PLC和三菱S500变频器为核心,实现对电机的无级调速。该系统采用PC机进行监控,PLC与变频器之间通过RS485接口实现通信,并由PCL改变变频器中频率参数,从而实现对电机的多种调速。由于不用PLC专门的A/D、D/A转换模块,使控制成本较常规的方法更低。同时,本系统使用RS485通信方式,可扩展到多台PLC、变频器共同工作,具备一定的联网功能。

【Abstract】 PLCs and inverters are widely used in the field of industry control,such as for a single instrument control or for the automation facility control of a factory.The stepless-speed regulation for motors is achieved by using PLCs of Series FX2N Mutisubish and Inverter S500 as the key components.The system is monitored by a computer and can complete various electric machinery speed control.Because it has none of A/D and D/A converter modules for PLCs,the cost of the system is lower than that of normal ones.On the other hand,because of the use of RS485 communication,network function is also exist so as to connect PLCs and Inveters working together easily.
