【摘要】 MicroRNA是新近发现的一类调控性小分子RNA,通过降解靶基因mRNA或者转录后抑制靶基因表达而发挥作用。目前的研究已经发现microRNA参与调控发育、细胞分化、细胞凋亡、细胞能量代谢等多种生理过程以及心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤等多种病理过程。本文就microRNA的生物学功能及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用机制做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that function to regulate gene expression by posttranscription regulation or degradation mRNA of target gene. MicroRNAs play important roles in homeostatic processes such as development,cell proliferation,cell apoptosis and energy metabolism and link to the development of the cancer,diabetes,cardiovascular disease and nervous system disease.
