冠醚取代的氨基酸Schiff碱及其金属配合物的合成、表征和抑菌活性研究
Synthesis, characterization and antibacterial activities of Schiff base metal Complexes derived from crown-ether substituted n-salicylidenealanine acid
【摘要】 合成了与单氮杂15-冠-5键连的水杨醛缩丙胺酸(H2L1)和水杨醛缩组氨酸(H2L2)Schiff碱和它们的Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)配合物.其结构由IR,1H NMR,热重分析,摩尔电导和元原素分析表征.初步抑菌实验表明,配体和配合物都具有一定的抑菌活性.
【Abstract】 Two Schiff base ligands prepared via the condensation of N-(3-formyl-4- hydroxybenzyl) aza- 15-crown-5 with L-Ana(H2L1)and L-His(H2L2) , and their Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ)complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, thermoanalysis, molar conductance and elemental analysis. In primary test of their antibacterial activities, both the ligands and their complexes showed antimicrobial activities against bacterial.
