【摘要】 双链RNA介导的、序列特异的基因沉默的过程称为RNAi(RNA interference)。它作为新兴的基因阻断技术,具有特异性、高效性,存在放大效应等,为功能基因特异性失活提供了一种有效方法,正成为研究基因功能的重要工具。同时,RNAi还为基因组、基因治疗、药物探察研究提供了有效技术。本文简单介绍了RNAi的发现、特征、作用机制及在家畜繁殖中的应用等方面的研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 RNAi(RNA interference) is a special gene silencing process by double-stranded RNA mediated. RNAi is a gene blocking technology with specificity,efficiency,amplification,and provided an effective method for functional gene inactivation specifically.
