3种有益微生物对菲牛蛭养殖水体理化因子及成活率的影响
Effect of three Beneficial Microbes on the Physicochemical Factors of Aquaculture Water and Survival Rate of the Leech,Hirudinaria manillensis
【摘要】 为减少高密度养殖下菲牛蛭(Hirudinaria manillensis)疾病发生和养殖废水排放,研究比较了3种商品化有益微生物制剂(硝化细菌T1、光合细菌T2和EM复合菌T3)对养殖水体的净化效果。结果表明,3种有益微生物制剂在15d内均能使养殖水体的pH稳定在6.8以上,溶氧量(DO)分别比对照组提高30.12%、26.95%和46.12%;化学耗氧量(COD)分别比对照组低1.02mg/L、1.13mg/L和1.53mg/L;3个处理组对氨氮(NH4+-N)的平均降解率分别为48.48%、45.23%和63.10%,亚硝态氮(NO2-N)平均值分别比对照组低0.16mg/L、0.19mg/L和0.27mg/L;菲牛蛭存活率均高达90%以上,明显高于对照组的53%。3种有益微生物制剂均有显著增加溶氧量、降低氨氮、亚硝态氮和化学耗氧量的效应,对菲牛蛭养殖水体均具有很好的净化作用,其中以EM复合菌效果最佳。
【Abstract】 In order to supply feasible basis for water quality control by active microbial agent,and decrease the disease and the discharge of aquaculture wastewater of the leech,Hirudinaria manillensis cultured at high density,three profitable microbes were applied to study their effects on the aquaculture water quality. The results showed that the three profitable microbes all could stabilize pH over 6.8 within 15 days,and increase the DO content by 30.12 % (T1),26.95 % (T2) and 46.12 % (T3),respectively compared with control group. The COD content in the water applied with microbes were lower than the control with 1.02 mg/L (T1)、1.13 mg/L (T2) and 1.53 mg/L (T3),respectively. During the experiment,the NH4+-N degradation rate of three microbes were 48.48 % (T1),45.23 % (T2) and 63.10 % (T3),respectively. The NO2-N content in the water applied with microbes were lower than the control with 0.16 mg/L (T1),0.19 mg/L (T2) and 0.27 mg/L (T3),respectively. Meanwhile,the survival rate of the leech,H. manillensis in the tanks applied with microbes were above 90%,which was significantly higher than the control (53%). The three microbial agents had t significantly increased DO content,and decreased NH4+-N,NO2-N and COD contents in the aquaculture water,from which it could be concluded that the three beneficial microbes in our study all had an important effect on the water purification of health culture of the leech,H. manillensis,and especially the EM complex had the best effect.
