翻车机全自动给料系统设计与实现
Car Dumper automatic feeding system design and implementation
【摘要】 目前国内煤炭码头的翻车机给料系统由于存在非线性、纯滞后以及煤种的比重差异等原因,很难建立准确的数学模型,无法实现自动控制,故基本都采用的是手动给料方式。本文提出了一种新的控制方法,具体为通过输入输出的周期采样,建立放大倍数为变量的动态数学模型,并通过Smith预估器补偿进而达到全自动给料控制。下面结合本控制方法在黄骅港一期翻车机系统的成功应用进行详细的介绍。
【Abstract】 The Car Dumper feeding system of Domestic coal port has nonlinear,time delay and the difference between coal proportion and other reasons,so it difficult to establish accurate mathematical model and can not achieve automatic control,it basically uses a manual feed mode . This paperpresents a new control method,the specific input and output of the cycle through the sample,the establishment of a vari-able magnification of the dynamic model,and then through the smith predictor to achieve automatic compensation for material control. The following introduced the successful application of this method in the Huanghua port in detail.
