【摘要】 目的探讨脑电双频谱指数(Bispectral Index,BIS)对脑功能障碍的评估价值。方法连续监测入住综合重症监护病房(ICU)的14例未使用或停用镇静剂8h以上的成年患者(不含脑肿瘤及颅脑手术者)的BIS值,同时进行反应水平评分(Reac-tion Level Score,RLS85),运用Spearman秩相关方法,分析BIS值与RLS85评分的关系。结果 BIS值与RLS85评分显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论脑电双频谱指数可用于评估脑功能障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible usefulness of Bispectral Index(BIS)for assessing the brain dysfunction.Methods In general intensive care unit,14 patients without brain tumor or intracranial operation were continuously monitored by BIS.During monitoring,the patients were not treated by sedatives or stopped using sedatives for over 8 h.Patients’ reaction level scores(RLS 85)were also calculated.The correlation between BIS and RLS 85 was analyzed.Results There was a significant inverse correlation between BIS and brain dysfunction in ICU patients(P<0.01).Conclusion BIS may be used for evaluating the brain dysfunction.更多还原
