【Abstract】 in China’s ancient times, the articles about current policies became popular along with the feudal emperors’ examinations. The distinguished ones in the exams exerted enormous and lasting influence upon society. The present policy discussion papers are essentially the continuation of the ancient times’ articles. The two criteria judging this kind of papers are: to serve the realistic society based on the present, and to make their statements convincing and their strategies practicable. With the increasing number of such papers in increasingly wider areas from increasingly new perspectives, the researchers and the editors should have proper writing motivations, and be both "broad" and "deep," which should be the consistent goal.更多还原
