几种典型电子垃圾大物料量热重实验及机理研究
Investigation on Large Sample Pyrolysis Characteristics and Mechanism Analysis of Typical Components of WEEE
【摘要】 在自行设计的实验室规模的热重分析装置上进行了较大物料量(15.g左右)的热重实验,研究了几种典型电子垃圾组分(电线、键盘和废电路板)的热解行为和特性,热解过程采用氮气作载气,升温速率为20.K/min,热解终温为1,073,K.所得实验结果同常规热重分析仪(微热重)的实验结果进行比较,发现大物料量热重相对于微热重存在热滞后效应.此外,采用最概然机理函数选择法,提出了各种电子垃圾组分(电线、键盘和废电路板)微热重和大物料量热重热解的机理函数,分析获得了电线、键盘和废电路板不同热解方式下的表观活化能E和指前因子A.
【Abstract】 A laboratory scale thermogravimetric analysis in which larger sample loading(approximately 15 g)can be analyzed was designed,and the pyrolysis characteristics of typical components(wire,keyboard and printed circuit board wastes)of waste electric and electronic equipment(WEEE)were investigated.The experiments were conducted from room temperature to 1.073.K at a prefixed heating rate of 20.K/min in the nitrogen atmosphere.The results were compared with those obtained in common thermo-gravimetric measurements and indicated that large particles have a pyrolysis reaction retardancy compared with fine ones. Through the adoption of a selection method featuring the most probable mechanism function,the mechanism functions of wire,keyboard and printed circuit board wastes both in the laboratory scale thermo-gravimetric analysis and in common thermogravimetric measurements were proposed,respectively. Additionally,the activation energy(E)and pre-exponential factor(A)of wire,keyboard and printed circuit board wastes were also obtained.
