【摘要】 某平衡螺栓在试验中发生了断裂,为分析其断裂原因,本文计算了试验状态下平衡螺栓的位移、应力及低循环疲劳寿命,并补充分析了螺杆直径增大、伸出螺母的螺纹部分长度缩短情况下平衡螺栓的应力,结合化学成分分析和断口分析,找出了平衡螺栓断裂的原因,揭示了该平衡螺栓的设计缺陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 For balance bolt fracture in test,displacement,stress and LCF of the balance bolt were calcu-lated at the test conditions.In order to investigate the reasons that caused the bolt fracture,the stress of balance bolt was analyzed on condition that bolt diameter was increased and the bolt thread was short-ened.Chemical composition and fractography of bolt material also were analyzed.Finally the fracture reasons and the design deficiency of the bolt were discovered.更多还原
