【摘要】 分析了一种石墨基可磨耗封严涂层粉末的特性。采用火焰单送粉的喷涂方法制备一种石墨基可磨耗封严涂层,通过调整工艺参数制备出不同形貌及硬度的涂层,分析了涂层的组织和相结构,确定了该可磨涂耗封严涂层的最佳喷涂工艺参数,并对该封严涂层的结合强度粘接方法进行了对比和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristics of one abradable sealing coating powder were analyzed.This abradable sealing coating was prepared by flame spraying with mongline powder feeding equipment.Morphology and hardness of coating were changed by adjusting spray parameters.Structure and morphology of the coating were analyzed.Parameters of preparing the coating were optimized.The way of bond strength test was also compared and appraised.更多还原
