煤灰沾污性能判别试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了国内外几种对煤的沾污特性的判别方法。为了寻求更加符合我国电站锅炉受热面沾污实际情况的煤的沾污特性判别指标,通过200 kW分区域煤灰沾污试验台,较好地模拟了不同受热面的沾污情况,以及沾污在整个燃烧过程中的变化。结合试验结果,提出了反映煤灰在锅炉不同区域受热面沾污情况的特征参数,确定采用沾污系数FI作为煤灰沾污倾向的判别依据。该研究结果可为锅炉受热面设计布置等提供参考和依据。

【Abstract】 Several methods for distinguishing contamination properties of coal at home and abroad have been presented.In order to seek for distinguishing index concerning contamination properties of coal more conformable to real situation of contamination on heating surface of boilers in China,through 200 kW area-dividing test stand concerning contamination of coal ash,the contamination situation on different heating surfaces and the contamination variation in the whole process of combustion have been perfectly simulated.Combined with the results of test,the characteristic parameters reflecting contamination situation in different areas of heating surface have been put forward,determining adoption of the contamination coeficient F1 as basis for distinguishing contamination tendency of coal ash.The result of study can provide reference and basis for design and layout of heating surfaces in boilers.
