【摘要】 针对某电厂锅炉末级再热器管屏泄漏问题进行了宏观检查、光谱分析、金相分析等。结果表明,异种钢焊接接头TP304管侧开裂是材料晶界脆化、强度降低和焊接缺陷引起的复杂应力等造成。对此,建议在大小修时对TP304管及焊接接头进行宏观检查、无损探伤及金相抽查等,以避免发生泄漏。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leakage has occurred on the tube panel of final-stage reheater of boilers in one power plant,and macroscopic inspection,spectroscopic analysis,and metallographic analysis etc.have been carried out.Results show that the cracking at TP304H side of different steel joints is due to complex stress resulted from the grain boundary embrittlement of material,the strength decrease,and the welding deffects,etc..For these,it is recommented to carry out macroscopic inspection,non-destructive detection,and metallographic spot check etc.for TP304 tubes and weld joints in major and temporary repairs,so as to avoid the occurrence of leakage.更多还原
