【摘要】 总结了南京长江河道管理处在经济快速发展形势下的河道管理与服务社会实践,以保障"以江为轴,跨江发展"的南京城市发展战略的实施为目标,就涉水建设项目的特点、服务内容、过程与社会需求等各个方面进行了分析与探讨;针对沿江企业对涉水服务质量满意度情况,采取问卷调查与座谈相结合的方式进行了调查分析;就目前涉水服务管理现状,提出了树立"主动服务"和"寓监管于服务中"的服务理念和构建河道信息平台提供全面服务、完善服务规范,全面提升服务质量的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to well serve the areas and enterprises along the Yangtze River to guarantee the realization of Nanjing City’s development strategy of "taking the river as axis,developing across the river",Nanjing Changjiang River Channel Management Department conducted satisfaction investigation on water-related service for the enterprises along the river in the manner of questionnaire and conversation and made a deep and overall analysis on water-related service status and existed problems from service content and process provided by the department.And we put forward the suggestions on strengthening measures of water-related service in the next stage.更多还原
