引江济汉干渠渠线选择

Route selection of main water diversion canal from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River

【摘要】 南水北调中线工程引江济汉干渠穿过湖北江汉平原,渠道线路选择的好坏对投资、环境、运行管理有重大影响。从工程的投资、输水条件、运行管理及工程区的地质环境、区域发展情况、文物古迹方面进行了分析,比较了9条输水线路,最后确定了龙高Ⅰ线。龙高Ⅰ线进口位于荆州市李埠镇龙州垸长江左岸,出口位于潜江市高石碑镇,全长67.1 km。龙高Ⅰ线具有投资较少、对环境影响较小、永久占地少、运行管理费用低等优点。

【Abstract】 The main diversion canal from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River passes though the Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province and the canal route selection influences the investment,environment,operation and management etc.significantly.Analyzing from the aspects of engineering investment,water delivery conditions,operation and management,geological environment,regional development,ancient relics etc.,we choose Longzhouyuan-Gaoshibei route I out of 9 water diversion routes.The entrance and outlet of Longzhouyuan-Gaoshibei route I are located at the left bank of the Yangtze River in Jingzhou City and Gaoshibei Town in Qianjiang City respectively.The determined route has advantages of less investment,little impact on environment,less permanent land occupation and low operation and management expenses.
