基于MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机的沥青路面摩擦学性能测试

【摘要】 对MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机托盘进行改装,设计能够方便安装橡胶环的专用夹具,使试验机能够模拟橡胶与沥青路面样芯的滑动摩擦。基于MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机,测量常用沥青路面层AC13、SHRP12.5、OGFC13与SMA13样芯在不同转速和载荷下的滑动摩擦因数。利用摆式摩擦因数仪验证利用MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机检测沥青路面滑动摩擦因数的合理性。研究滑动速度对干、湿沥青路面滑动摩擦因数的影响规律,载荷对沥青路面滑动摩擦因数的影响规律。结果表明:基于MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机测量沥青路面与橡胶的滑动摩擦因数具有一定合理性,为沥青路面滑动摩擦因数测试提供一种新的测量方法。橡胶与干、湿沥青路面的滑动摩擦因数随速度的增加而减小,随载荷的增加而缓慢增大。

【Abstract】 To test coefficient of sliding friction of asphalt pavements,MMW-1 machine was improved.Coefficients of sliding friction of AC13,SHRP12.5,OGFC13,SMA13 road samples were tested under different rotation rates and loads using improved MMW-1 machine.It was proved to be reasonable that testing coefficients of sliding friction of asphalt pavements using improved MMW-1 machine by comparing the data from British pendulum tester with that from improved MMW-1 machine.The effects of sliding speed on coefficients of sliding friction of both dry road samples and wet road samples were discussed.The effects of load on coefficients of sliding friction of both dry road samples and wet road samples were also discussed.Some conclusions were obtained.Coefficients of sliding friction of both dry road samples and wet road samples descend when the sliding speed increases.Coefficients of sliding friction of both dry road samples and wet road samples increase when the load increases.
